MASTER STYLIST, BLONDING AND EXTENSION SPECIALIST - Hi! I’m Alex, and I’ve been immersed in the world of hair for over 15 years. My journey began in 2005, where I quickly discovered my passion for helping women feel beautiful and confident and launching a career that’s allowed me to work with top brands such as Aveda. I love creating and maintaining beautiful haircuts and colors that not only transform how my clients look but also how they feel. I bring a personalized touch to every service. My goal is to empower clients to enhance their natural beauty while feeling comfortable and confident in their own skin. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is building trust; when a client says, “Do what you think will look best,” that’s when my creativity truly shines. Outside of the salon, I enjoy kayaking, chasing Kansas waterfalls on hikes, and soaking up live music. I thrive on new experiences and meaningful connections, making every day in this industry as exciting as the first. Let’s create something beautiful together!
VIVID & BRIDAL SPECIALIST - Hi! I’m Kirsten I have lifelong passion for hair, I’m all about helping my clients feel confident, beautiful, and totally themselves. I graduated from the Eric Fisher Academy and have been dedicated to perfecting my craft ever since. I truly love all things hair from color and cuts to styling and transformations. My favorite part of the job is getting to know each client and seeing those amazing before-and-after moments. I specialize Brazilian blow outs, silk presses Vivid colors and am a bridal specialist! When you're in my chair, you're my #1 priority. I’m known for being kind, driven, and making sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. Outside the salon, I love to go bowling (fun fact: I was ranked in the Top 30 in the state of Texas!) and spending time with my four adorable cats.
EXTENSION & BLONDING SPECIALIST - Hi, I’m Tessa I graduated Bellus Academy in Manhattan, KS and I’m so excited to begin my journey in the beauty industry. I specialize in blonding, lived-in color, and extensions, and I love the way a great haircut or color can completely transform how someone feels about themselves. For me, doing hair is about more than just the service it’s about creating a safe, comfortable space where my clients can relax, feel cared for, and leave with a boost of confidence. I truly enjoy getting to know the people in my chair and building those connections. Outside of the salon, I’m a total caffeine fan, I love spending time with my family, and I’m always up for a concert or a road trip.
BLONDING SPECIALIST - Hi, I’m Johanna! Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve dreamed of becoming a hairstylist. I’ve always believed hair is a true form of art and self expression. I love working with all hair types and creating looks that feel personalized and empowering. My favorite part of what I do is seeing my guests light up with confidence when they leave my chair, there’s nothing better than helping someone feel beautiful inside and out. When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me spending time with my four cats or gathering inspiration for my next hair transformation. I’m always learning, growing, and looking for new ways to bring fresh ideas to my clients. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!
VIVID & ALT SPECIALIST - Hi, I’m Shelby! I truly believe hair is the best canvas there is. I’ve always been an artist at heart, and turning that passion into a career behind the chair has been a dream come true. I specialize in vivid colors, textured cuts like shags and curly cuts that customize your hair shape and enhance your natural texture! AlsoLived-in blondes hold a special place in my heart. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll probably find me at the gym I’m a total gym rat, or outside soaking up the sunshine with a good book and my kitty’s. I can’t wait to have you in my chair and create something beautiful together!
VIVID & ALT CUTS & BLONDING SPECIALIST - Hi, I’m Sophie! I became a hairstylist because I’ve always been creative and completely in love with this field. Back in high school, I was the go to girl for hair and makeup, and that’s where I realized how much I love helping people feel confident and beautiful. Watching someone light up when they see themselves at their best is what truly fuels my passion. My favorite part of this industry is the connection building genuine relationships with my clients, learning from my peers, and uplifting the team around me. I’m all about positive energy, growth, and making every appointment a great experience. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me at concerts or game nights with my husband. With a strong background in customer service and organizational skills, I’m eager to bring my expertise to our team and ensure that every aspect of your salon experience is exceptional. My passion lies in creating a welcoming and efficient environment where both clients and staff feel valued and inspired. I’m dedicated to enhancing the overall salon experience through meticulous organization and a keen focus on client satisfaction. One of the things I’m most excited about is getting to know each of our clients personally and understanding how we can best serve your needs. Building meaningful relationships and contributing to your positive experience at dè-al salon is my top priority. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband and son. We love playing board games together or catching the latest movies.
