I’ve honed my craft through extensive education at Aveda Institute in Minneapolis and New York, as well as Vidal Sassoon in New York. My specialization in Aveda products and techniques, combined with my broad knowledge of the salon industry, allows me to bring vibrant life and style to every client’s hair. What I love most about being a stylist is the opportunity to make my clients feel refreshed and beautiful. Seeing their confidence and satisfaction is incredibly rewarding. A little about me: I’m a proud mother to a wonderful boy, and I cherish spending my free time exploring new places and going on adventures with my son. MASTER COLORIST & STYLIST - Hi there! I’m Alexandria, and I’ve been immersed in the world of hair for over 15 years. My journey began in 2005, where I quickly discovered my passion for helping women feel beautiful and confident and launching a career that’s allowed me to work with top brands such as Aveda. I love creating and maintaining beautiful haircuts and colors that not only transform how my clients look but also how they feel. I bring a personalized touch to every service. My goal is to empower clients to enhance their natural beauty while feeling comfortable and confident in their own skin. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is building trust; when a client says, “Do what you think will look best,” that’s when my creativity truly shines. Outside of the salon, I enjoy kayaking, chasing Kansas waterfalls on hikes, and soaking up live music. I thrive on new experiences and meaningful connections, making every day in this industry as exciting as the first. Let’s create something beautiful together!
STYLIST & COLORIST - Hi! I’m Kirsten I have 2 years of professional experience and a lifelong passion for hair, I’m all about helping my clients feel confident, beautiful, and totally themselves. I graduated from the Eric Fisher Academy and have been dedicated to perfecting my craft ever since. I truly love all things hair from color and cuts to styling and transformations. My favorite part of the job is getting to know each client and seeing those amazing before-and-after moments. When you're in my chair, you're my #1 priority. I’m known for being kind, driven, and making sure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. Outside the salon, I love to go bowling (fun fact: I was ranked in the Top 30 in the state of Texas!) and spend time with my four adorable cats.
Stylist & Colorist - Hi, I’m Tessa I graduated Bellus Academy in Manhattan, KS and I’m so excited to begin my journey in the beauty industry. I specialize in blonding, lived-in color, and extensions, and I love the way a great haircut or color can completely transform how someone feels about themselves. For me, doing hair is about more than just the service it’s about creating a safe, comfortable space where my clients can relax, feel cared for, and leave with a boost of confidence. I truly enjoy getting to know the people in my chair and building those connections. Outside of the salon, I’m a total caffeine fan, I love spending time with my family, and I’m always up for a concert or a road trip.
Stylist & Colorist - Hi, I’m Johanna! I graduated from the Eric Fisher Academy and have been in the beauty industry for 2 years. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve wanted to be a hairstylist I’ve always thought hair was so fun! I love working with all types of hair and my favorite part of what I do is helping people feel beautiful and confident when they leave my chair. When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me hanging out with my four cats or looking for inspiration for my next hair transformation.
BARBER- Hey I’m Zano! I became a barber to gain a skill I could use to connect with and serve people from all walks of life. For me, it’s more than a haircut it’s about building relationships, creating trust, and showing up with accountability every single day. My clients can always count on me to bring passion to my craft. Barbering isn’t just what I do, it’s what I love delivering clean cuts, great conversation, and a space where everyone feels welcome! When I’m not behind the chair I’m usualy cheering on the Los Angels Dodgers, fishing or body surfing! I can’t wait to see you in my chair soon!
SALON MANAGER - Hello! I’m Malinda, and I’m thrilled to join dé-al Salon as the Salon Manager. With a strong background in customer service and organizational skills, I’m eager to bring my expertise to our team and ensure that every aspect of your salon experience is exceptional. My passion lies in creating a welcoming and efficient environment where both clients and staff feel valued and inspired. I’m dedicated to enhancing the overall salon experience through meticulous organization and a keen focus on client satisfaction. One of the things I’m most excited about is getting to know each of our clients personally and understanding how we can best serve your needs. Building meaningful relationships and contributing to your positive experience at dè-al salon is my top priority. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband and son. We love playing board games together or catching the latest movies. I look forward to meeting you and making your visits to the salon both enjoyable and memorable
